- Overnight Oatmeal Parfait -

Ingredients
1/3 c. oats
1-2 TB chia seeds (depending how thick you want it)
1 c. of coconut water (or milk of choice)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 c. of plain Greek yogurt
fruit of choice
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together & put in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, layer oatmeal with yogurt & fruit.
