- Homemade Chai Tea Concentarte -
Yield: about 32 oz.

Ingredients
6 c. water
1/3 c. sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar)
10 tsp. loose leaf chai mix (I used my Zhena's Coconut Chai)
Milk of choice
Directions
1. Bring water & sweetener to boil and simmer until sugar is all dissolved.
2. Turn stove to low, add loose leaf chai mix, & simmer for 20 minutes. \
3. Take pot off stove & let sit, covered, for 10 more minutes.
4. Pour over strainer & put in a container; can last up to 2 weeks. For iced latte, add ice. Then combine milk & chai concentrate using a 1:1 ratio.
