- Gluten Free Pasta Salad -
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients
16 oz. gluten free spiral pasta
3 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, cubes
1/2 lb. salami, cubed
1/4 lb. pepperoni, cut in half
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 in squares
16 oz. olives, cut in half
4 oz. pimentos
8 oz. Italian dressing
2 tsp. dried, ground basil
Cook pasta according to box, drain, & let cool to room temperature. Combine with rest of ingredients in large bowl. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to serve cold.
